Preserved by cooking with lemon and sugar in the traditional Greek way, these olives will change any preconceptions about how olives should taste or be eaten. This versatile product can be served with cheeses, bruschettas, as a topping for yogurt, cereal, or ice cream. It can be used to decorate a dish, drinks or appetizers. Or eat them as the Greeks do, by themselves. When you eat one, your first reaction will be surprise quickly turning to pleasure as the delightful taste of these olives spreads across one's mouth.
