Calvi Mosto Classico 100% Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Mosto Classico" is produced from the finest quality "Taggiasca" olives (a variety of olive exclusive to the hills of the western Italian Riviera) of the "Valle di Oneglia" (Oneglia Valley), harvested by hand from late January to March, at their maximum ripeness, and immediately cold pressed in a traditional mill.
Thanks to its extremely mild and almond flavor, the extra virgin olive oil "Mosto Classico" enhances the most refined dishes and is especially recommended as a finishing oil for fish. "Mosto," translates as unfiltered, bottled just as it comes from the mill, without any treatment after the natural decantation period. It is always sweet, but fresh and fruity, and is an excellent choice for dressing vegetables, salads, and delicate dishes.
Mosto Classico comes in a very elegant bottle, wrapped in green aluminum foil that protects this oil from exposure to light.
