Christmas Eve Recipes

As the holidays approach, I love to sort through recipes and "curate" our Christmas Eve dinner. This year we'll be honoring tradition, but with global twists. For the main course, always fish, I'll be making a Seared Tuna recipe from by Eric Ripert, via our friend Lior Lev Sercarz. As an accompaniment, we'll be having Hiroko Shimbo's Sweet Potato Mash, and updated classic. For a sumptuous dessert, Brad Goldfarb has given us an astoundingly good recipe for Pear Gingerbread Upside Down Cake. And if that's not enough, we'll top it off with Vanilla Ice Cream dressed up with Pumpkin Seed Oil. Enjoy!
