2 lbs large queen shrimp, cleaned & shelled
1 tsp Spicy Paprika (Pimenton de la Vera)
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Arbequina Essencia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 garlic cloves, sliced thick
1 medium Lemon, cut into wedges
Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a pan till very hot but not smoking. Add the garlic and Spicy Paprika (Pimenton de la Vera) and fry for about a minute to let the spices cook and allow the flavors to develop.
